How it differs from the horoscope in the paper
A newspaper horoscope for Leo is written from one fact, that the Sun was in Leo when you were born, and applied to everyone who shares it. A personal horoscope starts from your whole chart. When Saturn is at 14° of a sign this week, the question is not "what does Saturn mean for Leos" but "is Saturn within a degree or two of anything in your chart", and if it is exactly on your Moon that is a very different week than if it is touching nothing. The transits are the same for everyone; the natal chart they land on is yours.
What is inside
The current positions of the planets for the period are computed, every aspect they make to your natal planets is found, and the list is sorted by tightness of orb. The horoscope is then written from that list, tightest first, in plain prose: what is being touched, what it tends to feel like, what it asks of you. No event predictions, no lucky numbers. Where your birth time is known, house transits are included as well; without it, the planet-to-planet contacts still carry the reading.

No. Each personal horoscope is a one-time purchase for one period. Nothing renews and there is no account to cancel.
Do I need my birth time?
It helps: with a time, transits through your houses are included. Without it you still get every planet-to-planet contact between the current sky and your natal planets, which is the core of the reading.
How is it different from the free horoscopes here?
The free ones read the transits against a Sun sign, one placement. The personal one reads them against your ten natal planets and, with a birth time, your houses. Same sky, your chart.
How far ahead can I get one?
From the day you buy: today, this week, the next 30 days or the next 12 months. The yearly reads the twelve months ahead against your chart, not a calendar year that is partly over.
