Questions

How are these weekly horoscopes written?

Each one is written every Monday at 01:00 UTC from the actual planetary positions for the period: which planets are moving through which signs, and how they angle to each sign. The positions are computed, and an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) turns them into prose for each sun sign. Nothing is recycled from earlier periods.

What are the key astrological events this week?

No planet changes sign or direction this week.

Is any planet retrograde this week?

Mercury, Venus and Saturn are retrograde right now.

Should I read my sun sign or my rising sign?

Start with your sun sign; that is how these are written. If you know your rising sign, read that one too: it maps the same planets onto the areas of your life, and many astrologers find it the more specific of the two. The personal horoscope goes further and reads the period against your whole birth chart.

From your real chart

The free weekly reading is written for each sun sign. The personal version reads the transits for this week against your natal placements — which planets are touching which of yours, sorted by tightness.
