1. Digital content, delivered immediately
Every paid reading and horoscope is generated by AI in real time and delivered to you within seconds of payment. Once it has started streaming, the digital content has been delivered and the purchase is non-refundable.
By checking the consent box at the point of purchase, you waive your 14-day withdrawal right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16, point m: digital content supplied not on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's express consent).
2. Exceptions
We will refund your charge in the following cases:
- Technical failure that prevented your reading or horoscope from being generated or delivered
- Unauthorized charge (subject to verification)
- Duplicate accidental charge
3. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your Whop payment ID (visible on your receipt) and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Whop and typically credit back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. Free chart and horoscopes
Computing and viewing your natal chart (without the paid AI interpretation), and the generic sun-sign horoscopes, are and remain free. No charge, no refund needed.
